Trainers can undertake ‘training needs analysis’ to assist clients in identifying and prioritising training requirements within their business.Manestream specialise in customising general health & safety training courses in order to provide clients with training packages specific to their operations. Regardless of whether training is required for 1 manager or 100 staff Manestream can provide a course that meets a clients individual specification. Courses can be held at the head office or remotely depending on practical assessment requirements. Manestream have invested in a new training facility that now accommodates an extensive practical area, three classrooms, designated reception, rest area and hygiene facilities thus providing a pleasant and comfortable environment for course delegates. Health & Safety Training services operate a software system for recording and tracking both course and delegate details. This can be used to alert clients to up-and-coming training requirements before existing certificates and qualifications expire.
