Manestream have acquired a reputation as being one of the leading specialists in pipework linings in Manchester, Middlesex the South East and South Wales.

Ground movement. root ingress, vehicle movement and water prevention are just some of the reasons that can cause drains to crack and joints open. In the past the only solution has been to locate the affected area, excavate and then to repair the exposed drain. This can cause a major disruption and be extremely time consuming and expensive. A much quicker, efficient and cost effect solution is to install a drain lining.

The pipework lining is impregnated with a resin which can then be inserted into the drain, once in place the lining is inverted using water and left to cure.

Curing time is dependant on variables including drain size, resin used and ambient temperature although in most cases a new lining can be installed and cured the same day.

Where a new full pipework lining is not necessary patch lining can be used to repair localised isolated damage to reduce the risk of further/future damage therefore providing a cost effective alternative to a full pipework lining or other repair.

With a fleet of commercial vehicles and circa 25 technical staff and 30 Surveyors which allows Manestream to offer its services nationwide from offices based in Middlesex, Cwmbran and Leeds. Working for both the private and public sector we have experience of inspecting a diverse range of built environments including academic, commercial, residential, nuclear, utilities and off-shore properties. Surveyors receive additional training for hazards that interface with the services activities.
